Each of the villas covers an area of 135 m2 (an 85-m2 interior and a 50-m2 patio) with amazing ocean views and a king-size bed, and to ensure you enjoy the picturesque, romantic sunsets there is a patio designed for two, which includes a garden with a private plunge pool.

Beach Pavilions

The brand new Beach Pavilions are located on the beautiful white beach. Each of the pavilion covers an area of 60 sqm (a 40sqm interior and a 20sqm patio) with amazing beach and sea views and a king-size bed, and to ensure you enjoy the picturesque, romantic sunsets there is a covered patio and a plunge pool.

Garden View Villas

The garden view villas offer the luxury of a unique location and the privacy of your own private patio, which is ideal for immersing oneself in the serenity of the lush Konokono gardens. Each villa covers an area of 135 m2 with a 50-m2 external patio, king-size bed or twin beds and a garden with plunge pool.

Two Bedrooms Sea View Villas

The two bedrooms sea view villa overlook the beautiful Chwaka Bay. Each of the villas covers an area of 160 m2 (a 100 m2 interior and a 60 m2 patio) with amazing ocean views. The master bedroom has  a king-size bed,with a private toilet, the second bedroom features 2 twin beds. Interiors include a big bathroom with 2 sinks a separate toilet and a shower. The outdoor patio covered for 40 m2 include a plunge pool, 2 sun beds and a table with 4 chairs

Family Villas

Tranquillity, privacy and intimacy for the whole family. Each of the two 135-m2 Family villas includes a 85-m2 interior and a 50-m2 external patio with garden and plunge pool, and is characterised by large areas, modern amenities, quiet and leisure opportunities in close contact with nature, the ideal setting for a peaceful experience for everyone. The comfort is ensured by the room with king-size canopied bed and the spacious living area capable of hosting two single beds. This villa can accomodate 2 adults and 2 children (1-12 years old).

The Isaraya Beach Resort

The “Isaraya Water Villas” are located overwater on Konokono Beach Resort’s jetty, these exclusive Water Villas have been conceived with style and comfort with all the luxuries you might need for your stay, in addition to an impeccable service to ensure you enjoy a privacy and exclusivity.

Each Water Villas covers an area of 100 m2 (an 65 m2 villa interior and a 35 m2 private patio sundeck). From this patio/sundeck, designed for two, with a private plunge pool you can also enjoy the pristine water of the Indian Ocean, with a direct access through a private stairs, or simply relax on a sun-bed or watch the picturesque and romantic sunsets of Chwaka Bay with a Sundowner or outside dinner!
